BluesnBBQ

I have an unopened bag of beechwood chips that's been lying around for a while. Can anyone tell me what kind of meat they're good for?

BluesnBBQ,[p] I know I've seen it used for salmon. Anyone else got any ideas?[p]MikeO

BluesnBBQ,
Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, Fish, Squid, Vegetables, Lamb, Goat, Buffalo, Ostrich, Alligator, Emu, Rattlesnake, Venison, Road kill, Venezuelan Beaver Cheese …[p]The possibilities are endless.[p]Give the smoking wood a try on many things and let use know the results.[p]A quick suggestion would be to cook the meat without any seasoning except for salt and pepper. That way you can gauge the true flavor of the smoking wood.[p]Happy Smoking,
