well got a 2 inch chop marinated in some sesame oil,balsamic,fresh garlic,whole corriander and some chinese five spice,and to sweeten it i added some brown sugar. let it site for 24 hours.
this is a keeper,wife and i loved it! i was extremily tender and moist! pulled at 145 ish and let set for 5 minutes.
