Hi all,
Did some ribs last night,HMMMMMM..afterwards I just happened to have a tenderloin that I had cut into strips and marinated in teriyaki, cooked it for 8 hours at 200, yum o.
Any way, I want to do a turkey breast, vertical stand. The bird is small, 7 lbs. Am I correct with the following,
15 minutes per pound or a total of 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees?
Thanks
as always
Dave

Cooking it at that temperature 1 1/2 to 2 hours will be about right. The most important thing is not let the temperature get over 160 degrees in the thickest part of the breast.Cook indirect.I have done with a stand and direct on the grill and I do prefer direct instead.
