This article and recipe appeared in today's Chicago Tribune. It's quite an involved turkey recipe and makes for a good read. Wondering if anyone is brave enough to try this on the Egg.

    mike,[p]I used to do those before I got the egg. It was a way of getting a moist, smoke-flavored turkey from cooking in-doors. After cooking turkeys on a BGE, I've never thought of doing a thompson's turkey on it. Sorta like too much of the same thing.[p]if you do try it, let us know how it turned out.[p]cb
