    you should have scrolled down ....i talked to both the spring chicken and to chubby. ..they both got through with only minimal damage to fences and trees . ..and some debris in their yards (the chickens lost some fence and the cover to their hot tub, but the chicken coop came through unscathed, and chubby lost some fence and a good sized tree, but it didn't hit anything). ...chubby is really counting his blessing as he just called me about an hour ago and he had driven around his neigborhood where every large oak tree had come uprooted and many had crushed homes and vehicles. ..he said there is a lot of major damage, but again, not to his house. . . he was very lucky. ..

    Yep did that and saw the post today. Glad to hear all is well. I am sure Spring Chicken will have some Ike tales to tell when things get back to normal
