I love Stuffed Jalapenos on the BGE.

WHat are everyones favorites>?

    I do it simply, and prefer them on the half shell.

    Cream cheese, then a sprinkling of my favorite rub, then a little pulled pork or leftover rib meat, then a wrap in bacon, a little more rub.

    Indirect on a raised grid at 350 for about an hour until the bacon is nice and crispy.

    I've taken a liking to putting raspberry jam, sausage, and cream cheese inside. The sweetness does a nice little trick to the flavor. High quality bacon will make a difference as well.

    I like em all, but my favorite Stuffed Jalapeno Recipe is the one when someone else does all the work, and I do all the eating!! :woohoo:

  • sun-dried tomato, garlic, basil & season salt mix
  • The best I have made yet, Smoked salmon & creme cheese with some of my datil sauce. Wraped in bacon, and smoked at 350 for 40. Superb !

    I like ABT's. Taking a cue from Doug123, I have used sausage as filling along with cream cheese. I use leftover fatty which I chop. It is fantastic.
  • Mix Cream Cheese and pulled pork.
    Remove seeds & veins from jalapeno.
    Stuff jalapeno.
    Wrap in Applewood Bacon

    I cooked indirect at 325-350 until crispy bacon...

    Very simple and learned it from the eggsperts on this forum..

    Although new to this Eggin ABT’s my favorite so far is Sweet Italian sausage in cream cheese with Vidalia onion and a dash of paprika. I think I will try using a better grade of bacon and maybe mix in a little Jalapeño jelly next time!

    don't forget you can stuff them with leftover cheese grits & ham...and then wrap them in bacon....yummy
