me and steve were talking tonight and we believe it would be best if i sent you the moose.if that would be ok with you,and if you would have the room in the freezer.
in the boxes i would send some sausages,moose roast and other moose meat. and would also include some for you as well.
this weekend i will be testing a whole moose sausage no pork just moose,bomba and some sundried tomatoes.
you can email me at [email protected] with your addy if it is ok with you to receive the parcel.

    so now i am a the fest chances are i will have a bit of everything in moose cuts. depends on the supply how low it is getting. but then again it is moose season on the last weekend of september and my uncle and cousin both got picked. so i think i might just be able to find some.
