I've never cooked a shrimp in my life. That's Paul Hogan speak for gullible Yankees.
Downunder we call them prawns. And they are big! I wrap the shelled (except for tail)and deveined prawn meat in basil leaves then in pancetta and cook direct for a few smoky minutes each side on the egg. Serve with Hollandaise or pesto. Bloody beauty mate! -
