<p />I just pulled my brisket off and it is G O O D yea. This was the first time I tried covering it with bacon. Sure added a lot of flavor. Very juicy too. I took it to 190° internal before opening the lid. Took about 8 hours in all.[p]Just wanted y'all to see what a Bacon Brisket looks like.[p]Spring Chicken
