What is that temperature ???????? AKA Help me save my Butt!
Ok, I got it, my butt is to be cooked to 200 degrees. Guess what , My 'P' digital thermometer (rhymns with Boulder) reads 190 where as 3 other thermometers read 180 degress, Anyone no a way to calibrate the P thermometer or any other suggestions. Has anyone else seen this issue. Yes, I have tried multiple locations and still get the 10 degreee variations in temperature reading.

Caesarshead,
Check the polders in boiling water. They should read 212 if you are near sea level. If not, compensate for the number of degrees that they are off. You could write the variation on the unit with a sharpie marker for future reference.[p]Enjoy your meal!
