Best way to save "Butt"

I did my first Butt yesterday and it came out great. I've got a lot left and am thinking of freezing it. Is it best to freeze extra sauce seperately or mix it or what?[p]Dean

  • Dean,[p]I like to do both. Some with sauce, some without. That way you have some flexibility for leftovers. The sauced can be eaten "as is". The non-sauced finds it's way into lots of things, mainly mexican. But some of the non-sauced finds it's way into my personal favorite -- a whopping big Caesar Salad! Either way, it's all good...[p]Kelly Keefe
