On Sept 25 Ted's Butcherblock @ 334 East Bay St in downtown Charleston is doing another of their occasional Egg cooking classes. Previous ones have been sellouts, so reserve early. This one is apparently focusing on "different cuts of meat." $25 includes food, beer and house wine.

Full description here.

Ted's is a high-end butcher that's been written up in some very trendy media (Bon Appétit magazine, for example, listed them as one of the Top 10 Sandwich Shops in the Nation) for stuff like their Wagyu sandwiches. How many places can you name that offer a "bacon of the month BLT?"

But they're still good folks. ;)
