Butt is on the menu... want to try something new

I've been a butt snob for a while.. I only do them a certain way. Mustard covered, Bad Byron's Butt Rub generously applied.
Want to try something.. different.
I know this question has a million different answers... but give me a suggestion, or an injection, or a rub, or just a new beer to drink while I'm waiting for the butt to finish.

Samuel Adams Summer Ale is a good choice. -
Here in South Carolina's beautiful Lowcountry, we have a new beverage called Firefly Vodka. It's flavored with a tiny bit of muscadine wine, and folks are using it to make a drink that tastes just like Southern sweet tea. Everybody from college kids looking for a buzz to high-falutin' gourmets who are, well, lookin' for a buzz, love it.
Can't keep it in stock-the distillery is building another branch in Florida! -
A while back I cooked two butts side-by-side, one with mustard and the other without. I thought the latter had developed a better bark so now it's without (I use a little olive oil instead). John Henry's pecan rub is great on pork if you've never tried it...
