Hours per pound on a butt?

I forget, about how many hours can expect to cook per pound? I have a 7-8 lb butt I want done for tomorrow nights dinner. Thinking about putting it on around noon.

Wardster,[p]At a temp of 225º at the grate level....plan on 2hrs./lb. Plan plenty of extra time, as butts are so easy to hold for many hours.[p]Stogie
