This is a batch of my home made sausage I made and was real happy the way they turned out.

Nice one, Mr. Mike! I eat that at lunch sometimes, and it's usually served over spaghetti w/marinara sauce. Remember to wear your RED shirt (or a bib...)

I do that too Beanie - but I cook down the peppers, onions, and tomatoes to make the marinara.

It is an incredible cook to do on the egg. Takes about 6-7 hours but well worth the effort.

PBM - that sausage looks really good. Good job on those for sure.

Hello there Larry looking forward getting together in Ocala next year again. Yes we love it just putting it on a good old hoggie roll and enjoy. I think I might make a batch of sausage and peppers for next year.
