New cook question for the Eggtoberfest

I am new to the egghead forum and have owned an XL big green egg now for over a year. This is my first year to go to the Eggtoberfest and I am planning on making my Texas baby back ribs. I have never gone to an Eggtoberfest before but once I learned about it I figured there was no better way to experience it than cooking at with all the eggheads. I wanted to go last year but missed the cut off for registration so I made sure I made it this year.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me on what I should plan to bring or if cooking the ribs will be enough. I have never cooked on a large but I think I could do two batches of 6 racks of ribs. If they take 3 hours a pop then I should be able to fit it in between the 9AM start and 3PM stop.

As for what to bring I saw that you could bring a cooler but wasn't sure if we needed to bring tables, chairs, a popup cover, etc. Any guidance would help me out a lot as I don't know what to expect. Thank you in advance for any advice.
