Plate Setter Strength

Has anyone ever had a Plate Setter Break because of the weight of the foos. I am thinking about when using the setter in its regular orientation with the legs facing down. Will it handle a something like a large Dutch Oven full of chile or a 15-20 pound turkey without breaking or cracking?--- should I go to firebrick to be safe??[p]The Plate Setter appears to be a fragile piece of ceramic but maybe they are much stronger than I think.[p]Any experiences?[p]Thanks, CR
