I read Mr. Toad's recipe for pork loin in the recipe section of the BGE site. Any one know how long the pork might take to cook. Those of you not familiar with the recipe should know the following: The loin is 3 1/2 lbs, at 300 degrees, The loin has been cut like a double deck sandwich and layered with dried fruit, figs and nuts and wrapped in bacon. I need an idea of the time so I can back cooking up from the serving time.[p]Any help is appreciated,
Stuart
