Keeping teperature up

I am having a hard time getting the temperature on my large egg above 300 degrees. Any Suggestions.

It didn't seem to be too full. I just cleaned it out and will try again. I am trying to get the temp to 650. Thanks

sounds like you have something plugged up so you are not getting air. you need air to get the temp high. I had the damper open about 2" and the DFMT about 1/2 way open.
