I am having guests that are requesting smoked salmon. Not a problem. What else can I prepare on Mr. Humpty that goes with smoked salmon?[p]Any and all suggestions appreciated!

Yes.  I own a blue egg!  Call Atlanta if you don't believe me!
[I put this here so everyone knows when I put pictures up with a blue egg in it]

    fiver29,
Do you have a grill topper wok?? I love a tangy veggie turbo grill. Asparagus, shrooms, red bell pepper and pineapple marinated short in a soy/sherry type thing...maybe some fish sauce and a little of the rub you use on the salmon. Maybe a squirt if sesame oil. If you are interested, I posted how I do this and can dig it out.[p]Or any grilled pineapple....MikeO's recipe in the new recipe section is good. Any grilled veggie. Asparagus spears even grill nicely laid right on the grill. Maple syrup is a nice addition to the veggies or pineapple. And even as a glaze for the salmon.[p]A good steak goes great with salmon too. A few thin slices of juicy steak, a pile of asparagus and pineapple, a big chunk of salmon...maybe a scoop of sticky white rice. A few hot peppers on the side. Yowza.[p]Heeee!

I was actually very close to you. I camped immediately west of Granville...on the flanks of Mt. Roosevelt. And I drove just souh of you on 12A on the way over to Maine....via New Hampshires White Mountains. Found myself in Waitsfield by accident when I took a wrong turn, and got as close to you as East Barre.[p]I love your state, and armed with a 4wd vehicle, there is much to see![p]cheers

Check out my recipes page for a wok recipe that Nature Boy talks about. It is my version of his recipe. He says I use too much sesame oil...ha ha!
