Had company from Florida, I thought I'd treat them to an Iowa Favorite. No wraping or double handling. Put them on at 0840 and pulled them at 1700. Keep it set on 245 the whole time. I put the BBQ sauce on 2 hours befor I took them off. They were a little stcik but it sure was nice not having to jack with Tin Foil and all the other in between issues. Go Clones!!

Huh? I was curious how you like it. I have had BBQ off a pellet grill before and wasn't real impressed. Just curious what you think.

I love it very Dependable and easy to regulate. My Dad is trying to get me into buying a Minni, I have ate many good meals off the Egg. It all depends on your application, as far as I can tell. Bottom Line I LOVE good food.
