Reusing wood chunks

Any reason I can't reuse a wood chuck that wasnt fully burned during my last low and slow?

    It's no different then any un-burnt lump.
    I use any and all "left-overs" lump and smoke wood alike!

    What does Wood Chuck smoke smell like? I figure it's probably a lot like possum. Personally, I like to throw a possum on the lump before doing a lo and slo gopher.
