Friday Ribeye

I believe it was Joe Bob Briggs who said, "Listen to your body, and it will tell you what it needs-- and right now mine is telling me ribeye steak."
So, here it is. Not CAB, from the little grocer I prefer, but a convenient stop at the local chain grocer for a good 24 ouncer.
After the sear.

Plated up with some mushrooms in a little wine sauce, some mashed potatoes with horseradish and green onion and some roasted green beans.

Some of my favorite things to eat used to be vegans.
Should have also pointed out that we washed that down with a 2004 Sonoma County Cab. -
Looks good enough to eat!
