Friday Ribeye

I believe it was Joe Bob Briggs who said, "Listen to your body, and it will tell you what it needs-- and right now mine is telling me ribeye steak."

So, here it is. Not CAB, from the little grocer I prefer, but a convenient stop at the local chain grocer for a good 24 ouncer.

Plated up with some mushrooms in a little wine sauce, some mashed potatoes with horseradish and green onion and some roasted green beans.
