Glad you enjoyed the loaf.[p]As you well know through your experience, successful bread baking is heavily dependent upon the discipline to embrace strict adherence to the formula, fermentation and dough manipulation requirements. The margin for error is a lot less than most of the foods we all cook.[p]Let us know how the apple cake turns out when you get around to baking it,
