Just got my egg and am ready to fire it up for the first cook. The wife wants pork chops and spaghetti squash. Any recommendations, time and temp, on cooking spaghetti squash on the egg Thanks for the help.

I very seldom cook port chops, but if I were I would cook to 145° internal temp.

Others who cook chops will jump in with some suggestions.

In the mean time click on the search button and type whatever you want to look for. If you don't get specific informaiton you want then you can go to 'advanced' search and select some options and do a new search. There are ton's of posts with regard to pork chops.

On the stuffed pork chops most like you wouldn't have to do the stuffing part if you didn't want to.

Cook the squash indirect at 350 for about 45mins to an hour.

I don't do spaghetti squash often, but have done quite a few acorn and butternut squash.

I like to add a tablespoon or so of butter, some seasonings, then mix it up.

A big slab of salmon goes well with it...
