we have been using BGE every day since Octoberfest. Have done smoked cheese (doing some more today). Doing the appetizer that Mr. Toad did with the pork tenderloin, fresh pineapple, bannana....Also the flank steak that was done at the fest. Doing my old standby beef brisket tomorrow with pork butt. Great weather here also makes us in the mood to get the BGE. going. Thanks to all the cooks for ideas, etc.[p]Ray and Faye Price
