Tried lamb chops for the first time on the Egg tonight. WOW. Got the recipe from the website and they were AMAZING! The brisket has been cooking since 1:00 this afternoon (thus Plan "B" the lamb chops)and our neighbors were just thrilled - so was hubby. A perfect beautiful Ohio night, perfect food, perfect Egg. Try the "Silence of the Lamb Chop" recipe - it rocks. See you mid October.
