Not this is a surprise to anyone reading this, but the BGE is amazing. I cooked about 30 hours this weekend all without having to add any fuel.
Started at 6:00 Friday night with a couple of butts. Pulled them off around 11:00 Saturday morning (went to bed at 10:30 and never got up to check the temp. You know the Egg is doing the job) and added 3 racks of ribs.
Ribs were done around 6:00 so I went ahead and did a big batch of hot wings. Did some burgers last night then got up this morning and fired it up again. Couple of whole chickens and some ABT's.
Hope everyone had a nice holiday.

That is amazing did you fill over the firering with lump and what type was used ? I asume it was all low heat around 250-300.

I lit my Egg about 6:30 Sunday night and just shut it down at about 6:00 Monday night. Pork Butts last night for lunch today and drumsticks for supper.
