Yep, rib tips. Had been vacuum sealed & frozen for about a year. Made those baked beans with the apple pie filling.... Man! they were good. The rib tips were good too. about 5 hrs @ 250°. Blues Hog sauce to finish.
Kinda hard to celebrate, what with the Gustav thing going on. Our best to all who are having to go through it.
