well me, plans are fresh caught salmon and trout.my friends went fishing yesterday!! then to accompany it i have some chicken and a small pork roast marinating in some jerk marinade. i will post pics later when we start cooking,and celebrating the great meal,great friends and time off work!! go to love holidays!!

Brisket, hashbrown casserole, linebacker lemonade and the Vols on TV. My wife said "what about something green?" I explained that this was an at home tailgate and NOTHING green would be served. I am "allowing" (she told me) a cut fruit salad with real vanilla beans and honey.

Chicken thighs with buffalo wing sauce mopped on them and some on the side for dipping. Brownies for dessert, but we haven't decided on a side dish to have with the thighs yet. :laugh:

19oz New York Strip for me and filets for others. Cedar planked garlic mashed potatoes and homemade mac n cheese and Sister Schubert yeast rolls. Leftover birthday cake for dessert.

Got 4 racks of ribs foiled right now.. Lets hope they are good... I am optimistic.

Salmon sure does sound good too... May need to get some for later this week. Doubt it weill be as good as the fresh stuff you got. Good Luck and enjoy!!!
