Im having 50 people over tomorrow, Monday/ Labor Day, at 4 PM. Im smoking 10 slabs of Pork Spare Ribs.
1) I have decided to use Jim Slotterback method at 375 usind the indirect method with the pizza stone and water drip pan. Any one object?
2) What is the best way to reheat tomorrow? On the BGE? or on my Gas BBQ or in the oven? Don't want to dry them out and wold like that nice crisp taste of fresh off the smoker. Thanks in advance.
