ABTs - flip them for final 15 min??

Am preparing some ABTs for an afternoon cook. Am planning indirect @ 350. I was reviewing the recipes and noticed that several mentioned turning the ABTs over for the final 15 min to crisp up the bottom side of the bacon. Doesn't that cause the cream cheese to oooze out?

It might..., but the fun part is you can lick up whatever oozes out onto the grill! 8 - 0!! Seriously, IMHO, the bacon cooks just fine without flipping.

ive been cooking mine raised grid direct lately, no flipping, 275/300
ive cookrd them all sorts of ways, on a griddle plate, over a drip pan, in the pan etc, never flipped them. i do stretch the bacon thin before wrapping, and i dont use tooth picks anymore, they were a waste of timefukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
