ABTs - flip them for final 15 min??

Am preparing some ABTs for an afternoon cook. Am planning indirect @ 350. I was reviewing the recipes and noticed that several mentioned turning the ABTs over for the final 15 min to crisp up the bottom side of the bacon. Doesn't that cause the cream cheese to oooze out?
