Looking for some tips or recipes for cooking Pheasant or Quail on the EGG.

<p />Morgan:[p]I season with a favorite rub and grill in the 375º to 400º range. They are delicate little birds so keep an eye on them.[p]Earl has a really neat recipe but I just cannot get the hang (or is it patience) of de-boning such small birds. If you do elect to de-bone, save the bone for some excellent soup broth.
