Pulled pork is always a (large) crowd pleaser, this is 2 eight pounders, 225 for about 20 hours, feeds a lot of happy people
happy in the hut
West Chester Pennsylvania -
I'd go with ribs and pork tenderloin.

you could go with a stuffed whole loin though. Those are good.

Without knowing what you a comfortable cooking. These are really easy.
3-4 beer butt chickens would easy. Cooked direct at 300-350, you hardly don't even have to know how to cut it up.
You can upgrade the regular hamburger.

Chicken is excellent from the egg. But you will need alotta chicken to feed that group.
Someing for the kids. Chicken brats.
Someing for the ladies. Chicken wings or on a stick.

Something for the men.
Something for the old guys.
Good luck! -

Pastrami burgers are great. Slice the pastrami thin and pack it high.

As a side cook up some nice chili.

Very easy to make and a real party pleaser! -
I am big on easy. It's one of my most important criteria.
Pulled pork I think will get you the biggest bang for the amount of work you put into it.
Beercan chicken also scores very high in the "good" and "easy" departments.
Chicken wings are good but to cook on the grid you have to allow 2 hrs per batch. If you have the time These are great! I have also cooked drumsticks on the rack and that doesn't take as long but you can only do 12 at a time. If you don't have one already, go out to Lowes and buy a leg and wing rack (preferably the folding kind and preferably get two) Prep the drumsticks in Sweet Baby Rays and grill em on the rack. Excellent BBQ food and easy!
Pizza is easy and other than prep it cooks pretty quick. I did 3 pizzas from start to finish in under 2 hrs last weekend. they cook for 10-15 minutes.
shrimp is easy and quick, but not a main course
pork tenderloin with BBQ sauce and/or a dry rub cooks in about 15 - 20 min (5 min/side)
sausages, kielbasa, brats, hot dogs- all good and simple - Linguica and Chourico is particularly good.
steak tips are always good too
