I have had a couple of people ask for the recipe we cooked at Eggtoberfest 2002.I just got around to adding it to new recipes.It can be a main meal or served as appetizers.

I met you and your wife at the Fest and you gave me the recipe but I haven't tried it yet. I had better cook it soon or my wife will hurt me. It sure was good. By the way, what is that thermometer your using in the photo?
