Big-un, I see you are doing these at Eggtoberfest. I'm not sure what they are, but knowing you they will be fantastic. Any hint's?

I am just guessing but it may be pork loin wrapped in pork sausage wrapped in bacon... :woohoo:

Hey Ron, A Triple Threat is one of the juiciest pieces of pork loin to ever come off the egg. It's a pork loin, stuffed with apple sausage, wrapped in bacon. The flavor is unbelievable! Last year, I had several people tell me it was their favorite thing at eggfest. HTH.

No Darien, I haven't precooked the sausage, it cooks fine inside there. I have thought about trying to do one with cooked sausage.I came up with this when I was trying to get a really moist loin. It worked! You can see the apple sausage raw in the pic below. HTH.

No it's mine, although you did inspire me while you were developing yours. I'll send it to you , certainly. Keep in mind I was making mine for stuffing and not for patties like you were. But it's good.
