Anybody know, will a beer butt chicken fit in a small on a raised grid?

I doubt that it would fit with a raised grill. It may fit with the normal grill position. It will also depend upon the size of the chicken.[p]Also, make sure that the dome thermometer does not touch the meat.[p]Hope this helps,

Put the beer-butt chicken in a pie pan on the lower grate and cook at 350 degrees.
