I have never heard of or seen choc.covered bacon w/nuts.how does it taste?

It tasted pretty good..like I said I will try maple bacon and get chocolate on both sides of the bacon...the nuts did add to it... :cheer:

This looks crazy, but very edible. Did you prepare the bacon for the chocolate the same as the pig candy or just cook them?

I cooked the bacon right next to the pig candy. Once it was done I set it to the side until after dinner. Then I melted the chocolate and put the chopped nuts on top. Using candy quik is the way to go...
