besides making your own, what kind of bbq sauce is everyones favorite from the stores to put on ribs?
I have three slabs going on today and wanted to try 3 different ways.
I like leaning towards a sauce that has little sugar as possible(yeah right!) I hear some talk about sweet baby rays? any others? Thanks

My favorite store bought is Cattleman's Honey - just one brushing...I wish I had some ribs going. I've been really watching what I eat for about 7 weeks. Lost 19 pounds so far! I did my first "cheat" night last night and cooked up a mess of wings foe me and the neighbors, so back "on the wagon" today!
Enjoy yours and post pics so I can live vicariously! -
Hard to beat any of the Blue's Hog sauces! If you want to cut the sweetness blend the original with the TN Red say 3 to 1. Works for me!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

I'm in the Kansas City area, my favorites are:
Night of the living Barbeque
Haywards Pit Barbeque Sauce
I prefer spicy, not too sweet and not to vinigary (if vinigary is a word).

By far my favorite without dressing it up is Stubb's brand.
But my most-favorite is takings whatever is on sale...adding honey, brown sugar, a packet of Sazon(for extra redness) and a couple splashes of hot sauce...simmer until all ingredients are uniform.
Now that is a good, tangy sauce!

I like the sauce from Johnny's Bar-B-Q. You have to order it from their website at www.johnnysbarbq.com.
