ABT Omelet

I have had a bumper crop of jalapeños this year (thankfully) so I have produced a bumper crop of ABTs. Last night’s appetizer were half chedder, half cream cheese, all wrapped in bacon (except that one freak in the upper left, left unwrapped at my daughter’s request). Had about 6-7 left over so why not toss’m into an omelet:
