Seems like another great turn out and from the posts I've seen, many new happy Egg owners.
For those of us who couldn't make it, is there any news out of BGE hq?
Specifically, the status on the spring hinge for the small egg. Any other "new" products or ideas?

    Shelby,[p] Yes, there is some news about the hinges for the small, but i can only tell you that i saw one at the event & it came back to Canada with the Grill Guy's, who are the Canadian distibutors of the egg. I do believe that BGE is waiting for a shippment but you will have to contact them. this hinge i saw, may have only been a demo unit, hopefully not. also, there were 37 Eggs at the fest & i think all were taken home by new owners afterwards, some still smoking.LOL[p]Earl

    Earl,[p]I spoke with Jim about the hinge for the small when I picked up mine for my medium. He said he is expecting delivery by weeks end! I will be installing my new band this weekend.[p]Smokey

    Shelby, OK, now that we have managed to beat them into submission on the hinge for the small - what about a new hinge for the mini???? LOL

    I'll be satisfied with the spring hinge on the small since the hinge is what's kept me from buying a companion for the large in the first place.
