Great Pork Chops

I posted a few days ago that a friend & coworker had ordered some kurobuta pork chops and said he was sharing them with me. They were better than I have ever had before. I followed the recipe that was sent with them as I was afraid of riuning them.





I hope these show how good lookingb they were.

We should have done that. We were thinking we would save it for our anniversary yesterday then yesterdays dinner ended up being bratwurst with peppers and onions. Somehow that didn't seem to be a good match. :laugh: We have it still on the counter and will have it soon. Thanks again for it.

Look like they left 1/3 of the rib on them that was good. Great flavor from Pork cooked on the bone. French them would make a wonderful presentation at a cookoff.

That looks like a great chop. What is in the little ceramic dish? The chops topped with the potatoes?

Yes, we mixed white potatoes, sweet potatoes, bacon, sour cream & butter, then topped with chives and rebaked them for a bit.
