Worked today so looking for something easy and wings always fit the bill. tried a new spice also, they come in the grinder and usually go for $12 but was marked down to $4, not bad might have to go back and get more. the whole cook was 350 indirect and the wings pulled at 190. Think it was a bit over an hour but looking in the trash it was 6 beers

It's our turn for Fay. She is now about to ruin the rest of my birthday weekend. However, baby back ribs have already come off the egg, but I doubt I will be able to egg tomorrow as her full force will be here late tonight into tomorrow a.m. :(

Thanks for the idea for some wings for the games...I've been watching some of the preseason NFL games, and I'm just waiting for the regular season to start. The college games are just around the corner as well.

That was time on. It was a good day . The first batch went to the wife and neighbors. Mine are on now and beer count is irrelevant as the wife is watching now Email and I'll give you the beer count but you have to be thirsty or you'll burn the wings :evil:

Seeing other Egger's wings kinda reminds me of preseason football, you get to try the different methods, then you have perfected the wing to your liking just in time for regular season kick off.

Great looking wings. Bet the beer just makes the wings taste that much better.
