1st Top Round Roast

I did a top round roast for the first time. This is usually a cut of meat I look at and wonder why my wife bought it. Per the wifes instructions I added alot of rub this time it was Dizzy Dust. I put it fat side down direct at 375 and cooked to 135. To my surprise it was very good. I ate all of the outside pieces. No pictures as the batteries are recharging now. I guess I need to order some other Dizzy Rubs
