We did breakfast for dinner tonight, so I plunked a couple of fatties on. They were a big hit, with even finickey Number Two Son eating lots.
-
Baked some pita bread chips.
Topped with a crab meat salad.

Steak, sliced mozzerella with tomatoes, and a nice bottle of Coppola Merlot for my birthday.
Maybe some garlic bread on the egg depending on how I feel...... -
Happy birthday, Grillmama, I hope you get all the presents you were hoping for.

Happy b-day! Two Leos on the same day! I hate that Faye has put a damper on your day.
I guess this weekend will be your celebritary (spelling?)time. (and the wine hasn't even hit me yet)
We will still be celebrating over here. Will have friends over for ribs on the egg Saturday. -

Not a thing. It's slightly better here than FlaPoolman has it, but not much. -
Happy Birthday to Grillmama and Pat! And for the gin side of the thread, I am having a little (ya right) Bombay with sprite. OK, I know this is going to look bad. This is what I drink my Gin from. It is a Bubba Keg (what else) 52 oz. It holds 3 shots of Bombay and two cans of sprite. I am lazy and don't want to get up and make another drink. Besides, I tell the doc that I have only two drink a day.SEE YOU IN FLORIDA, March 14th and 15th 2014 http://www.sunshinestateeggfest.com You must master temp, smoke, and time to achive moisture, taste, and texture! THAT's what I tried to post -
Just like I only have two glasses of wine a day, however I neglected to tell him that my wine glass is the big one that holds two regular glasses of wine.
What he doesn't know won't hurt him..... -
If it works for you....go for it. DianaQ will mix soda with gin.... ...... I'll stick to classic James Bond or my own Gordon's with a splash of Martini and Rossi Bianco......shaken...not stirred!!!!!!!
sip, aaaaaaahhhhhhhh
enjoy! -

Party time! -
Care to share on the crab meat salad. Looks good unlike a typical crab cake which has to much filler.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

First try at Beef Kabobs using top sirloin, mushrooms, onion, gr peppers, fresh pineapple. Meat marinated in Soy Vay for about 3 hrs. Cooked direct @ 400°, raised grid. Flipped at 8 min, another 8 min, and 4 more min. 20 min total. Good, but the marinade was as bit too sweet for beef. Next time just some Raisin the Steaks oughta do just fine.

I kept it really simple.
2 cans Miller's Claw Crab Meat
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbsps Chopped Green Onions.
2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
Sprinkled Parsley on top.
If not spicy enough, add some Tabasco Sauce
