Looking to start cooking chicken halves on my LBGE. Looking for ideal cook times and temps.

I started out doing this recipe with halfs, just moved to rear quarters because we liked them better than breasts. -RP

Butcher them thirdeye style and cook the white half to 160° and the dark half to 175°.
You can stop butchering right after separating the breast from the lower half or you can remove the backbone. I like to take the wings off for "cook snax".Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery
