Anyone headed to the KCBS cookoff this weekend in Princeton.

    If I have the time I'll make a run down there just to look around. Chip and Pam from BBQ's Pits-n-Spits are usually there with eggs.

    We will be there Friday around noon. Our team is "Pigs Without Blankets." I'm using my Egg for the pork butt and ribs, and my brother in law has a weber smoker for the brisket and chicken. Hope to see you there. Come visit, ask for Mike!
