Stuffed Flounder
Frank from Houma
Posts: 5,755
My bride caught a flounder a couple days ago and we stuffed it. Stuffing was pretty simple - italian bread crumbs, butter, lump crabmeat, and Tony C's. Had it with a grilled vidalia and some peaches for dessert.

Nice cook, Frank. For stuffing, I like to use just the regular stove top stuffing with the crab meat mixed in. So, your cook looked pretty familiar when I saw it. Haven't done a stuffed fish on the egg yet, only in the oven. I guess I should get to work on that...:)

Looks good and I haven't had flounder in a couple of years. That'll move up the list. Did the peaches for the first time last night with a touch of brown sugar and some ice cream.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX
