Shishimi....welll maybe not but you can cook the rice on the egg. If it'll go in a pot, it can be cooked, and if it is large enough to span the grill grate...who needs a pot.

Sashimi doesn't have rice as it is just the raw fish.

Nigiri does have rice and he fish can be cooked or not.
Inari is stuffed fried tofu. I could go on, but I won't.

Key point is if Sashimi is cooked well it won't be Sashimi anymore.
