I used the recipe "Kind of Like Hawgeyes Smoked Pork loin".... it was outstanding :woohoo:
My 1 year old son and 2 1/2 year daughter ate the most meat I have seen them eat. I am planning to do a cook out of my newly acquired NFL tailgating book you just wrote. I will give you some feedback. I really have enjoyed your books...
